Aspen Terrace 

Aspen Terrace Apartments, an 89-unit affordable housing facility located in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, has become a beacon of hope and inspiration thanks to a vibrant mural and a collection of 12 artworks commissioned by Pioneer Human Services. This nationally recognized nonprofit empowers justice-involved individuals by providing treatment, housing, and employment opportunities, with a mission to help them lead healthy, productive lives. The mural gracing Aspen Terrace reflects this mission, symbolizing resilience, community, and transformation. Additionally, two unique artworks on each of the building's six floors create an uplifting environment, celebrating the strength and potential of its residents while enhancing the building's role as a place of renewal and opportunity.
